About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth through sales & business development across Delhi-NCR. This role involves lead generation, deal closure, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via outreach, networking, events, and social media, respond to inbound enquiries, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Set up meetings with potential customers, identify key decision makers, prepare, and deliver appropriate presentations on the DigitalPaani product to educate them on how it can benefit them.
  • Proactively address customer queries, wishes, objections, negotiate, and close sales deals.
  • Provide feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to continuously grow the account.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of top-tier experience in enterprise sales of complex software/IoT/automation solutions to B2B customers.
  • Past experience working at startups would be an advantage.
  • Past experience working in the water sector would be an advantage.
  • Professionals from any educational background/major are welcome to apply. An engineering background is a plus.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from tier 1 colleges/universities.
  • Organized, structured, and consistent in hitting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, well-connected and networked.
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office/G Suite.
  • Excellent spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi.
  • High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Mission and value-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic about transformative change.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within NCR.
