About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Acquisition and Account Management Executive to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in your designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and manage channel partners in your designated zone, building strong relationships and networks.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of customer databases and leads through your channel partners.
  • Maintain the highest quality of leads, defined as Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.
Requirements:
  • Graduation or similar qualification required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with real estate channel partners mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
  • Excellent sales skills, connecting with Channel Partners and End Customers alike.
  • TWO-wheeler with a valid license.
  • Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
  • Highly motivated individual, target-driven.
  • Flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
Estimated Salary:

Rupees 6.5 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
