EBP Audit Expert

Estimated Salary: ₹1,250,000 - ₹1,750,000 per annum.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead and support audits for defined contribution pension plans, defined benefit pension plans, and health plans. As an EBP Audit Expert at Talent500, you will work directly with Managers and Partners to drive growth in our Employee Benefit Plan Practice.

• Lead and Support Audits: Conduct and support audits for various types of employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Testing: Lead compliance testing on defined benefit plans, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partners and managers to understand engagement expectations and deliver high-quality results.
• Problem Solving & Proposals: Identify problem areas and client issues, providing actionable recommendations to improve audit processes and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited university.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or currently progressing towards a CPA or CA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on employee benefit plan audits.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, employee benefit plans, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
