Global Sales Development Manager

As a member of our dynamic sales team at ExxonMobil, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our lubricants business and ensuring operational integrity. This challenging position requires the ability to work closely with distributors, fleet owners, and franchise car dealers to drive growth and profitability.
About the Role- Develop and execute account plans to drive disciplined pipeline management and benefit selling skills.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning and ExxonMobil's annual business planning processes.
- Build personal understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- BUILDING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, comprehending multilevel decision trees.
- DEVELOPING SALES STRATEGIES: Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of ExxonMobil Credit and Pricing policies and Opex management.
- MANAGING SUPPLY CHAIN: Understand supply chain management and its impact on business operations.
- COCREATING VALUE PROPOSITIONS: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions for customers.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Non-IT) from a reputed University with CGPA 7 or above.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or Petroleum Management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing preferably in B2B sector.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and influencing skills.
