**Job Title:** Sales Training and Development Manager

Company Overview:

We are a leading real estate development company, Today Global Developer, seeking an experienced Sales Training and Development Manager to enhance the sales capabilities of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, developing training materials, and providing hands-on coaching to improve overall sales performance.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹15-20 Lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in Navi Mumbai.

Job Description:

As a Sales Training and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing training programs to enhance the sales skills of our team members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering customized training modules for new and experienced sales professionals;
  • Teaching effective sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies tailored to the real estate industry;
  • Conducting product training for newly hired sales professionals, ensuring they understand the company's processes, products, and compliance regulations;
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales managers to help them meet and exceed targets;
  • Staying updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes, and imparting this knowledge to the sales team;
  • Organizing sales role-playing sessions and scenario-based training to improve real-time decision-making skills;
  • Regularly reviewing sales data and team performance metrics to identify training needs and areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Sales Training and Development Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales training or coaching roles;
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, sales processes, and negotiation techniques;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance software;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions;
  • Certification in Sales Training (preferred).
