We have established a presence for our products and comprehensive services in over 35 countries worldwide, assisted by local representatives in each country. Our global workforce consists of more than 200 employees, working together towards a common vision and goals.
We specialize in high-precision micro, semi-micro, analytical, and precision balances. Our product range includes Industrial scales, Platform scales, Bench scales, Counting scales, Shipping scales, Kitchen scales, Health scales, Fat scales, Baby scales, Crane scales, and more. Additionally, we cater to the Jewelry Industry with specialized balances, machinery, and equipment.
We hold product certificates such as NTEP, OIML, EC type approval, and CE, ensuring the quality of our products and production process according to international standards.
The Role- This key position oversees all aspects of geographical expansion, product portfolio development, and sustainable business growth within our international division.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive XRF, Weighing, and Laser product business in assigned markets.
- Lead and manage existing teams of regional managers, sales engineers, service engineers, and export coordinators, expanding the team as needed.
- Achieve sales volumes, market share, and profit targets through effective execution of sales and marketing plans for mentioned product ranges.
- Formulate strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop new market entry strategies.
- Grow existing markets and finalize annual business plans for sales and marketing.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Multi-country Head/Regional Sales Manager roles, preferably in Electronics and Manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated prior experience in sales and strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A seasoned leader with experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organizations.
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- A networker and relationship builder.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Willing to undertake more than 80% travel.
