Sales Development Manager

At Semrush, we're looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Pursue new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and resolve complex issues.
