Sales Development Manager
At Semrush, we're looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and resolve complex issues.
