Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with high-end clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized advice and recommendations on luxury jewelry pieces, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic relationship-building.
  • Counsel clients on selecting the right products, demonstrating features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and other relevant data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the luxury goods or hospitality industries.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market, including current trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Detailed knowledge of luxury jewelry products, including materials, designs, and features.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
