Sales Leader India

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead our sales organization in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets of $50 million.
- Lead a multi-layered sales team across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Budgeting, setting sales goals and quotas, building a sales tactical plan, analysis of data, and mentoring of team members.
- Leverage corporate marketing and collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to achieve objectives.
- Act as a change leader for winning deals by outsmarting the competition with innovation and differentiated strategies.
- Inspire trust and respect of the team, stimulate productivity, and lead by example.
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field and 18+ years of Pan India experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
