Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales and Marketing Leader to play a key role in supporting our digital acquisition strategy across all audiences. As the Head of Digital Sales & Marketing at FNP Weddings & Events India Private Limited, you will lead the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive digital presence, revenue growth, and customer acquisition in the online space for all business verticals.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and implement effective digital sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the digital marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track digital sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving digital sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, events platforms, and online sales channels.
