Job Summary:
Portea Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering partnerships with healthcare providers, institutions, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations to promote Portea Medical's services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in India, including key players and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
