Job Description

We are collaborating with a renowned Outsourcing/BPO company to find a passionate and motivated French speaking B2B Sales Professional for their Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative relationship focused approach.
  • Build a sustainable environment for growth within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Maintain and develop long term strategies while staying aware of competitor activities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals with a strong focus on driving profitability.
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Track, manage and report on sales pipeline and ongoing activities.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Solid sales background ideally in B2B environments.
  • Fluent French (C2) and native level English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and results driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Previous experience working with sales channels is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales with a keen understanding of business strategies.
