As a Sales Team Leader at Zeal Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the India market. Our team is passionate about innovative technology and collaboration, and we are looking for a leader who can mentor and train sales team members to become top performers and product experts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining customer experience through team member interaction and product presentation.
  • Developing and training India sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports, and meetings.
  • Executing company standard sales processes and procedures.
  • Mentoring and training subordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to grow the customer base.
  • Following up on CRM records and ensuring they are always updated.
  • Maintaining knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions for targeted customers.
  • Ensuring the India sales team meets KPIs on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Demonstrating teamwork by assisting and cooperating with coworkers as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company and all customer records.
  • Representing the company in areas of public relations, such as expos and company events.
  • Achieving needed results and a high level of sales performance.
  • Assisting the CS team in maintaining KYC documentation.
  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance of all subordinates.
  • Conducting Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team.
  • Recommending new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes.
  • Ensuring the sales team achieves sales targets, including:
  1. No. of Accounts (Lead to Account)
  2. No. of Funded Accounts (FTD)
  3. Gross Deposits
  4. Client Satisfaction
  5. No. of daily calls
  6. Quality of calls

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and/or business development for the FOREX/Financial industry, with exposure in India or other SEA markets preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven successful record in leading a sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
