Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain customer relationships through effective team member interaction and product presentation.
- Develop and train India sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports, and meetings.
- Execute company-standard sales processes and procedures.
- Mentor and train subordinates to become top performers and product experts, driving customer base growth.
- Ensure CRM records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Stay informed about new products, offerings, and company promotions to effectively target customers.
- Monitor and ensure the India sales team meets KPIs on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with colleagues as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer records.
- Represent the company in public relations activities, such as expos and company events.
- Achieve sales performance targets and maintain a high level of sales performance.
- Assist the CS team in maintaining KYC documentation.
- Oversee and ensure compliance of all subordinates.
- Conduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team.
- Recommend new products and services or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes.
- Ensure the sales team achieves sales targets, including:
- No. of Accounts (Lead to Account)
- No. of Funded Accounts (FTD)
- Gross Deposits
- Client Satisfaction
- No. of daily calls
- Quality of calls
- Degree holder in any business-related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and/or business development for FOREX/Financial industry, with exposure in India or other SEA markets preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven successful record in leading a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Will be shared during the interview process.
