Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive enterprise growth in our region. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the enterprise segment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research and Business Development: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base.
  • Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in SAAS/ ERP/ Software or software ancillary sales exclusively to Corporates.
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field, with a technical background preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tools Required:

  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • ERP Familiarity: Familiarity with ERP systems and software sales tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: ₹20-₹35 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
