Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the APAC region. This is a challenging opportunity for a sales professional to drive revenue growth, develop new business relationships, and maintain existing customer partnerships.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals. They will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute customized sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and service to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering)
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in solution-based sales, preferably in the security and audio-visual industry
- Proven track record of sales achievements, with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
