Sponsorship Partnership Manager

As a seasoned Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our flagship event, Funnel Growth Summit. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sponsorship acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract high-profile partners
- Identify, approach, and close new sponsorship deals, exceeding revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Create tailored sponsorship packages that meet the needs of potential partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of proven experience in securing sponsorship deals, preferably in events or a related field
- A strong network of corporate contacts and decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple sponsorship sales processes simultaneously
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
