About the Role

As a seasoned Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our flagship event, Funnel Growth Summit. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sponsorship acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract high-profile partners
  • Identify, approach, and close new sponsorship deals, exceeding revenue targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Create tailored sponsorship packages that meet the needs of potential partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in securing sponsorship deals, preferably in events or a related field
  • A strong network of corporate contacts and decision-makers
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple sponsorship sales processes simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
