Strategic Partnerships Manager for India Market Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Partnerships Manager to drive growth in the Indian market.
About Soho House & Co:Soho House is a leading members' club, restaurant, hotel, and cinema operator catering to creative professionals. With global presence across UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia, we foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and community.
Role Overview:- Develop and maintain local brand partnerships in India, focusing on Mumbai House and other cities.
- Be the primary liaison with clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and all elements remain on-brand for Soho House.
- Maintain close relationships with the global partnerships team, aligning on partnership strategies and avoiding conflicts with existing agreements.
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with local brand partners to maintain relationships and plan forthcoming activity.
- Work closely with Private Events and Front Office Managers to drive revenue through group bedroom and private hire bookings from partnership relationships.
- Identify new local partnership opportunities that align with the Soho House brand and deliver on New Business targets.
- Liaise with various departments and teams to plan partnerships and ensure understanding of deliverables.
- 6+ years of agency, in-house, or freelance marketing experience in partnership/sponsorship roles or client-facing positions.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience establishing and developing productive relationships with agency teams, brands, clients, and suppliers.
