Xylem Learning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Education Expansion Manager to join our team in Trichy, Tamilnadu. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the education sector.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for education and business development. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and manage opportunities to expand our organization's footprint in the education sector. This involves building partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders while promoting our educational programs, products, or services to achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the education sector.
  2. Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with schools, universities, training centers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Promote educational programs, courses, or edtech solutions to potential clients.
  4. Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Educational Leadership are a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the education or edtech sector.
  • Familiarity with educational institutions, curriculums, and technologies.
