Franchise Network Expansion Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the expansion of our franchise network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive franchise development strategy aligned with our business goals.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in franchise development, sales, or business development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential markets, recruit qualified franchisees, and ensure alignment with our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Franchise Development & Recruitment: Identify potential franchisees through research, networking, and outreach programs. Present the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees, including business model, financial expectations, and operational requirements. Evaluate franchise candidates through interviews, financial assessments, and compatibility with our brand values.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy in line with our company's goals. Identify and target high-potential markets for expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure franchise opportunities align with overall business objectives.
- Franchise Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process, from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement. Ensure all required documentation and compliance standards are met during the onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential franchisees. Act as a primary point of contact to address inquiries and provide support during the pre-opening phase.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the franchising landscape. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the franchise model and strategy.
- Compliance & Branding: Ensure all franchisees adhere to our operational, branding, and legal standards. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure franchise agreements comply with local regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchise networks. Strong understanding of franchise laws, agreements, and compliance requirements. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently to meet potential franchisees and explore new markets.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
