At SkillCircle℠, we are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network and driving business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead our franchise development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential investors into franchise partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential investors interested in franchise opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, etc.).
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees by understanding their needs and presenting the benefits of partnering with our brand.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade and convert prospective investors into franchise partners by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for franchise expansion.
  • Franchise Agreement: Assist in the negotiation and finalization of franchise agreements, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential franchisees and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a premium Business School (freshers welcome) or relevant experience in franchise sales, preferably in Edtech sector.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchisee sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand and present complex business concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
