Franchisee Executive Role Overview

At SkillCircle™, we're seeking a highly skilled Franchisee Executive to drive the growth of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage with potential investors, convert them into franchise partners, and expand our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential investors interested in franchise opportunities through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees by understanding their needs and presenting the benefits of partnering with our brand.
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade and convert prospective investors into franchise partners by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for franchise expansion.
  • Franchise Agreement: Assist in the negotiation and finalization of franchise agreements, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential franchisees and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align strategies and ensure seamless onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices in franchise sales.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate from a premium B-school (freshers are welcome) OR relevant experience in franchise sales, with a preference for experience in Edtech franchisee sales.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchisee sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to understand and present complex business concepts.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
