Senior Franchise Development Manager

At SSS Placement Consultant & Event Management, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Franchise Development to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential franchisees through market research and lead generation.
- Conduct presentations and articulate the benefits of taking franchise opportunity to prospective investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns to attract franchise prospects.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about franchise offerings, fees, and support structures.
- Coordinate and conduct franchise discovery days, offering in-depth insights into the business model.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Maintain all the records of the new and existing Franchisees. Ensuring proper filling and CRM management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with franchising laws and regulations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with potential franchisees.
