Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Expansion Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our expansion team, you'll be responsible for driving franchise expansion across top-tier cities in India.

Your primary focus will be on onboarding new partners for our 2P/FOFO (Franchise Owned & Operated) centre expansion. You'll own city revenue targets, prospect and qualify inbound leads, negotiate contracts, and develop business models tailored to each partner's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scale the franchise expansion of your assigned city by onboarding new partners.
  • Own city revenue targets and forecast a solid pipeline to conversion.
  • Prospect and qualify inbound leads through cold calling and drive them to closure.
  • Outbound lead generation by exploring multiple channels like city campaigns, events, gym walk-ins.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement and improve the P&L.
  • Develop a deep understanding of every micro-market within the city with detailed market research.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high-performing B2B BD profile.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Franchise business/industry understanding.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Updated knowledge on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a growth attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • A top-tier management/engineering/commerce background.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups/BD roles will be an added plus.
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales profiles.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
