Job Summary
The Strategic Franchise Expansion Director will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of Aimlay's franchise network across targeted regions. This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, negotiating franchise agreements, and ensuring the successful launch and operational setup of franchise outlets in alignment with Aimlay's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Acquisition & Expansion: Identify and develop relationships with prospective franchisees. Conduct market research to identify regions with high potential for franchise growth. Promote and present the franchise model to potential investors and entrepreneurs.
- Franchise Agreement Management: Lead negotiations of franchise agreements, including financial terms and legal obligations. Ensure that all franchise contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Onboarding and Support: Coordinate with internal teams to provide franchisees with the necessary tools, training, and resources to launch and operate successfully. Ensure consistent communication and provide ongoing support to franchisees.
- Brand Compliance: Monitor franchise operations to ensure adherence to Aimlay's brand standards and operational guidelines. Conduct regular audits to assess franchisee performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Financial Performance: Assist franchisees in setting financial goals and managing operational budgets. Track and analyze the financial performance of franchise locations, recommending strategies for profitability improvement.
- Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract franchise partners. Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote Aimlay's franchise opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or a similar role in Ed-tech Industry.
- Proven track record in franchise acquisition and management.
- Strong knowledge of franchise laws and regulations.
- Experience in contract negotiation and agreement management.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
