Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in franchise development, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchise networks. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified franchisees, managing the franchise sales process, and ensuring alignment with our company's growth strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify potential franchisees through research, networking, and outreach programs
- Present the franchise opportunity to prospective franchisees, including business model, financial expectations, and operational requirements
- Evaluate franchise candidates through interviews, financial assessments, and compatibility with our brand values
- Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise development strategy in line with our company's goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure franchise opportunities align with overall business objectives
- Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process, from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance standards are met during the onboarding process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing franchise networks
- Strong understanding of franchise laws, agreements, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently to meet potential franchisees and explore new markets

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
