Business Development Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the franchise industry.
About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities with SMEs seeking growth via franchising. You will develop new relationships and build on existing ones to grow our business and help clients achieve their goals. You will also analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages to drive sales and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets
* Analyzing market data and establishing competitive advantages
* Managing sales pipelines and tracking metrics to ensure targets are met
Requirements
To succeed as a Business Development Specialist at FranchiseBAZAR, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3-4 years' prior industry/franchising/SME-related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented individual
* Inside Sales and Sales skills
* Lead Generation and Communication skills
* Customer Service skills
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Fluency in English and Hindi and local regional languages for pan-India selling
* Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
* Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* CRM experience is preferred
Salary and Benefits
The salary package for this role includes an estimated annual compensation of ₹10L P.A., comprising 60% fixed salary and 40% incentives/variable based on performance/targets achieved.
