Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media).
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing their needs and upselling/cross-selling products or services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations.
  • Sales Process: Effectively execute the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, utilizing proven sales techniques and tools.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in inside sales, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
Estimated Salary Range:

₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
