Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities in currency exchange, forex cards, and remittances.
  • On-Field Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing partners to nurture relationships and drive collaboration.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategies for sustainable growth through partnerships.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of partner interactions and provide periodic updates to management on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and Accountable: Highly motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable with On-Field Work: Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi and occasionally to other locations.
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines: Strong time management skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Currency Exchange: Familiarity with currency exchange, forex cards, and international remittances is a plus but not mandatory.
