About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join our team and contribute to our company's continued success. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, managing projects, and generating sales revenue. You will also prepare and present reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies for the Dry Lamination Adhesives business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 7-8 years of business development experience in Dry Lamination Adhesives.
  • A strong ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • Negotiation skills to secure contracts and deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum.
