Business Development Lead - Dry Lamination Adhesives

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to oversee the growth and expansion strategies for our Dry Lamination Adhesives business. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive business development, market analysis, and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement business development strategies for our Dry Lamination Adhesives range.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead generation, and sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance, and progress to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Sc/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of business development experience in Dry Lamination Adhesives.
  • Skills: Analytical skills, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary:

₹ 40-60 lakhs per annum (dependent on location and experience).
