Adhesives Business Development Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Adhesives Business Development efforts at Jesons Industries Limited. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive growth in the adhesives sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement business expansion strategies, identifying new market opportunities and increasing market share for our Adhesives business.
- To conduct thorough market research, network with key clients and partners, and engage in cold calling to identify and pursue new business prospects.
- To foster strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align business objectives and drive product innovation.
- To prepare and present comprehensive proposals, sales presentations, and reports to stakeholders and senior management, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, analyzing sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- To represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our products and services to a wider audience.
Requirements:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc or B Tech) and a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in business development within the Pressure Sensitive Adhesives industry.
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Jesons Industries Limited offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
