Job Title: Adhesive Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Adhesives business growth strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth in the adhesives market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the adhesives market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc/B.Tech Chemical Engineering degree.
  • 7-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in pressure sensitive adhesives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary:

Rs 22,00,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience.
