**Job Title:** Business Development Manager - Adhesives

**Job Description:

The role of a Business Development Manager in the Adhesives sector involves overseeing and guiding the growth and expansion strategies for our company.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the adhesives sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business objectives and drive product innovation.

**Preferred Experience & Qualification:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with 7-8 years of business development experience in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is also preferred.

**Salary Range:** ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (estimated), based on industry standards and location.
