Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating revenue growth and developing strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Qualified Prospects: Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify potential customers and navigate their organizational structures to find decision-makers.
- Nurture Leads: Employ a range of outreach strategies to engage with leads, including calls, emails, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn Inmails.
- Tie Up Leads: Develop persistence and creativity to convert leads into paying customers.
- Evolve Demand Generation Process: Continuously learn and improve our demand generation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate Appointments: Proactively seek out new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities from leads and develop targeted campaigns.
- Selling and Influencing Skills: Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills to secure deals and build long-term relationships.
- US Time Zone Availability: Be available to work during US hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) to accommodate our global customer base.

Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work during US hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
