About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at RPS Consulting Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technology consulting, or management consulting, and will be able to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.

Estimated salary: ₹800000 - ₹1200000 per annum.
