Revenue Growth Professional

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Professional to join our team at iMocha. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts and developing strategic account plans to drive customer success and satisfaction.
About the Role- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of iMocha's products or services and advise customers on best practices for maximizing their value.
- Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within customer accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and support, to address customer needs and improve products or services.
- Utilize data analytics to track customer success metrics and trends, and use insights to inform decision-making and customer success strategies.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks by closely monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
