Job Title: Sales and Revenue Growth Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Reservation Assistant Manager to join our team at RJ Hospitality Management. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, overseeing sales and reservations operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and group leads to maximize revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate sales efforts and optimize revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing personalized service and tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences to inform future sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hotel management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related professional area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office Suite.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills (Desirable):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
- Knowledge of various reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
