Sweven Infotech is Seeking a Sales Leader
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Your primary objective will be to:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Presentation sales data and forecasts to senior management.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus potential.
