This prestigious organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to their Director of Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will be based at Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, with easy access to Sakinaka Metro Station.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and smart.

Responsibilities include preparing reports required from the sales and marketing department, managing incoming calls and emails, and coordinating travel arrangements.

You will also generate meeting notes, document follow-up areas, assist the director with day-to-day tasks, manage appointments and events, create spreadsheets and documents as needed, and complete projects requested by the director.

An additional responsibility will be managing the executive calendar and booking suitable appointments/interviews/meetings.

Job Requirements:

A strong sense of professional judgment, the ability to multitask, handle confidential information discreetly, possess good writing skills, comfortably interact with senior management levels, and demonstrate attention to detail are essential skills for this role.

Miscellaneous administrative duties, such as printing and copying, are also expected.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, be a fast learner, and possess excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
