We design, install, and finance rooftop solar systems for homes across the country, aiming to make India's leading Home-Energy Brand.
Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Business Development Lead will oversee the overall performance of the sales team, driving growth and hitting sales targets through effective team management and strategic planning.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, utilizing software programs to optimize efficiency.
- Build business relationships with clients by providing exceptional support, information, and guidance, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities through channel partnerships and prospecting.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An MBA or B. Tech/M.Tech degree.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in team handling and field-based B2C sales.
- Strong business acumen, sales skills, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Potent leadership qualities to drive a high-performing team.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA (depending on qualifications and experience).
