About the Role
The Lead Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This individual will work closely with our technical teams to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and proposal development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future business development strategies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform future business development strategies
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
