Strategic Business Development Lead

The role of a Senior Business Development Manager at FinMen Advisors & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a critical step in driving business growth for marketing services like Credit Rating Advisory and debt Syndication Raising in the Public and Private Equity Market.
This senior leadership position will work closely with the top management to define strategies, manage a team of Business Development Managers, and contribute to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand client base
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify unrated clients and facilitate their migration to rated domain
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors and industry trends
Requirements:
- Leadership skills to manage a team
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good exposure and experience in handling financial products
- Able to travel to locations in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
