Customer Success Manager Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio and building long-term relationships with customers who have implemented our SaaS solution. The position requires a high level of maturity, confidence, and experience to manage customer expectations with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities on key accounts
  • Identify and seize cross and up-sell opportunities for new products and services to existing clients
  • Be the point contact for client communication and contribute directly to the results of the CSM team
  • Track and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Report project status with clients and management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent skills in communication, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. Self-directed, forward-thinking individuals who know what needs to be done and operate with urgency, focus, discipline, and minimal supervision are ideal candidates.

Bangalore (Remote)
U.S. Shift (06:00 PM IST - 03:30 PM CST)

Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
