Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for serving as a single point of contact for customers, responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner, and building long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities- Customer Support: Act as a single point of contact and face of Bhanzu support for customers, responding to queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage in proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers and identify their needs and requirements.
- Solution Provision: Propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Issue Resolution: Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and use of ticketing systems.
- Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
