Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for serving as a single point of contact for customers, responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner, and building long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Act as a single point of contact and face of Bhanzu support for customers, responding to queries via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Proactive Outreach: Engage in proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers and identify their needs and requirements.
  3. Solution Provision: Propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
  4. Issue Resolution: Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  6. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements
  • A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and use of ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
