Key Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional results by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients, ensuring client coverage and product penetration through cross-sell and up-sell of DBS products and services.
- Acquire and upgrade quality Treasures clients, engage with existing customers to deepen wallet share, and account for achieving annual volume and revenue objectives.
- Ensure Savings Book and loan book growth, proper implementation and execution of product strategies through effective relationship management.
- Develop client trust and loyalty for entrenched relationships with DBS through lifestyle and beyond banking propositions.
- Drive and deliver exemplary customer service, upholding DBS service standards.
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through adherence to DBS processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in HNI Sales / Wealth Management / Private Banking segment.
- Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India.
- In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification are advantageous.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
