We are seeking a skilled Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Prov HR Solutions Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to acquire new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new accounts from the branch catchment area, sourcing salary accounts from corporates, and activating accounts opened. They will also participate in corporate induction and migration events, build strong relationships with internal teams, and conduct low-cost micro marketing activities to generate leads.
Responsibilities- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area
- Sourcing quality salary accounts from corporates
- Activating accounts opened, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and increasing wallet share of banking products
- Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SMEs
- Conducting low-cost micro marketing activities to generate leads
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong sales and networking skills, good communication and listening skills, and goal-oriented mindset
- IRDA and AMFI certification preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge of banking, computer skills, digital knowledge, and a strong network in the market
We offer a competitive salary package of ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also have opportunities to grow and develop your career with our company.
