About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Savings Account Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for our bank's Savings Account Products. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, promote our products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Acquisition:
Identify potential customers and acquire new business by selling our Savings Account Products. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Offer and sell other relevant banking products to existing customers, such as Mutual Funds, Gold, Insurance, and asset products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with acquired customers by providing exceptional customer service and support. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and feedback.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and monitor sales performance, set targets, and provide regular reports to management on sales achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in liabilities sales or a related field.
- Education: Fresher or graduate with a degree in any field.
- Skills:
- Hardcore Sales Mentality: Strong motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
- Presentation Skills: Well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a performance-based incentive scheme, medical insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
