The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
As a Digital Sales Professional for the 811 RO vertical, you will specialize in acquiring, sourcing, expanding, and developing high net worth customer relationships through individual efforts. Your primary goal will be to enrich these relationships, garner higher wallet share, and increase the 811 book and Investment AUM portfolio by means of acquiring, enhancing, deepening, and retention.
You will develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service, plan and organize lead generation activities, sales initiatives, and events for prospective and existing clients, and cross-sell relevant products such as Balance Builder, Build a Loan Portfolio, and Third Party Products like Insurance and Mutual Funds.
Your responsibilities will include prioritizing 360° customer engagement, ensuring quality services are maintained as per set standards, tracking customer complaints/queries, and improving NPS. You must also ensure that defined parameters for opening new accounts are met as per process and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management abilities, and hold a graduate degree with a valid driving license and bike. AMFI & IRDA Certification is an added advantage for customer orientation.
