Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer support.

This role involves not only sales but also technical training and assistance to channel partners, service franchisees, and end-customer staff. You will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies, and performing basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment. Additionally, you will be required to complete preventative maintenance and field modifications, order and manage repair parts cycle times, and keep up-to-date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
